Where are you located and what are your store hours and contact?

The Crystal Fish – Gifts of Distinction is located at 490 Branson Landing Blvd. Ste 301, Branson, MO 65616. We are located on the North End of Branson Landing in the new Lakeside Shoppes, across the parking lot from Belk’s and the hot air balloon. Bright BLUE Awnings! We are on the banks of Roark Creek and Taneycomo Lake. Stunning views and dreams of fishing keep husbands entertained.

Our store hours are 10am – 6pm everyday.  We can stay and wait for you if you call ahead. Call 417.335.8236.

What services do you provide to your customers?

The Crystal Fish offers many services to make your shopping as easy as possible. We offer complimentary gift wrapping “fish wrap”, gift certificates, “wish list” registry, layaway, special orders, monogramming and UPS shipping for items purchased in-store. When you call ahead, we can even have your gift wrapped and waiting for you when you arrive. Front door parking. Daily duck feedings. After hour friend parties, “Sip and Shop or Make it and Take It.”

Does The Crystal Fish ship gifts purchased in the store or various other items?

HECK YES! We ship UPS daily, so we can package and ship any items that have been purchased from The Crystal Fish. We offer UPS ground delivery, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Air. We also ship USPS. We ship to the 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.

What is “wish list” registry?

Wish List registry has become a hit with our customers both in the store and online! Shop around the site or come in the shop, browse around and pick out items you wish you would receive as a gift for an upcoming birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or other occasion. We will keep your selections on file and can offer the items on the list as recommendations to your friends and family who come in to shop for you! We keep it safe in our tackle box.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Crystal Fish, but if you are not satisfied please let us know. With your receipt, we will provide you a full refund (less shipping) within ten (30) days, otherwise you will receive a store credit. We apologize, but we cannot provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items.

All sales are final on seasonal and sale items. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also not returnable, unfortunately we cannot resell them. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace it.

Returns are simple! You can return it in our store at 490 Branson landing Blvd. Ste 301, Branson, MO 65616. Or you may send us an email ([email protected]) letting us know you would like to return or exchange your item and we will gladly help you.
